Seriously, that thing can probably be made IRL. I've done research.
So we're into the character introduction part of the comic, and I have to say the RWBY trailers were very well crafted. Lots of cool poses and negative space to emphasize the movement. And here I am filling it all with just SO MUCH TEXT. Man. I must be such a horrible person. Oh well, on to the next set!
Dual Class? That's AD&D stuff! If we're playing Pathfinder, your either looking at multiclassing, which can't be done at level 1, Variant Multiclassing, which doesn't kick into level 3, or Gestalt, which is an entirely different matter.
Hey, Ultimate Combat gave us such wonders as the sword cane pistol and axe musket. A scythe rifle seems entirely fitting with such illustrious company.
As for Yang, I'm more perplexed by the alignment issue than anything. I guess she doesn't plan on taking any monk levels in the near future.
Actually monks can be Chaotic in Pathfinder, it just means that she had to take an Archetype, probably the Martial Artist. (For those unfamiliar with Pathfinder, Archetypes are basically variants classes, where you change or swap out certain features in exchange for new ones that might align better with what you want for your character).
You might want to tweak Ruby's profile on the Player Characters page; for some reason her character profile has her as a Rogue, and it confused me a little, since Blake was down as a Rogue as well... but seeing this page, things make more sense now! Anyhow, just thought I should flag that up.
So Ruby the RANGER... I honestly never would have guessed. Yang fits that combo so well.
